Ideal! Taste is less disagreeable than Edwin's gummies. Botany is best-tasting, but these Retro Bakery gummies act a little faster. I may use both this and Botany, as I am doing presently. Not both together though. Planning to replace Edwin's though with Retro.

These work much faster and hit harder than others I have tried, even other fast acting ones. Even if you are accustomed a 5mg dose I’d recommend starting with half first and see how it effects you
