These gummies are perfect as far as the dosage! Personally I didn't notice if they were "fast acting" but how long it takes isn't as important as it working to begin with. The flavor is great and the gummies themselves are super soft and slightly chewy, without getting grainy. I used to be a chocolates guy but these are quickly taking over!
